First of all, I want to emphasize that the KPL is a fantastic initiative and it is working out well, the result being lots of happy cricketers! Let’s keep it that way. Therefore I’d like to stress the measures we need to take once again.

• The captains need to be aware of the need for keeping distance, and instruct their teams before and during every match.

• Players should not invite their families to come watch and sit at the boundary, spectators are not allowed on the fields.

• However, the Cricket Pavilion terrace is open, people can sit there. The 1.5 meter social distance rules also apply there (except for members of a household). 

It was a great weekend at the club. And we look forward to enjoy more weekends like this if we all apply these few simple rules.
