Op de Nieuwjaarsreceptie van SV Kampong is Usman Malik als tweede geëindigd in de verkiezing van Sportman/vrouw van het jaar! Een verdiende erkenning voor de bijna 600 runs die hij maakte in het seizoen 20918 voor het eerste herenteam van Kampong. Helaas moest hij nipt het afleggen tegen dames 1-hockeyster Malou Pheninckx.

Usman Malik 2nd in election Sportsman/Woman of the year
At the New Year’s reception of SV Kampong Usman Malik ended second in the election of Sportsman/Woman of the Year! A deserved recognition for the nearly 600 runs he made for the first men’s team in the 2018 season. He narrowly lost to the women’s 1st team hockey player Malou Pheninckx who ended in first place.
