During the Annual General Meeting on the 20th of May 2022 three of our members have been awarded Member of Merit of Kampong Cricket by the board.

With his 3 years as board secretary and another year as general board member for technical affairs, Dirk Benade has meant a great deal to the development of Kampong Cricket. Thanks to his commitment and drive, the club is in very good shape technically, organizationally and in terms of atmosphere and culture.

The dedication of Mark Twemlow and Marc Koch to the club is very special. For years they have been on the field day in day out, in the pouring rain or scorching sun, taking care of our grass wicket with great attention and love. We are privileged to have Mark and Marc as our ground staff and hope to enjoy their knowledge and skills for many years to come.

Dirk, Mark and Marc, congratulations. Well deserved!
