This year it is 120 years ago SV Kampong was founded as football and cricket club in 1902. Reason to celebrate! We invite invite all senior members of Kampong Cricket to celebrate our 120th birthday together with Kampong Voetbal. Friday, September 30th from 6 pm onwards in our Charles Verheyen cricket pavilion.

The program for the evening is as follows (mostly in Dutch):

  • The introduction of football and cricket in the Netherlands – a lecture by dr. Jan Luizen
  • Kampong memories – Kampong legends tell their stories led by journalist Kees Jongkind
  • Kampong club anthem
  • Indonesian rice table
  • ‘Het eindsignaal’ (the final whistle) by Frank Heinen
