SV Kampong has a Facilities Company Foundation (SFB) which houses real estate on the sports estate owned by SV Kampong, such as the clubhouse, storage spaces, changing rooms and a tennis pavilion and its management. Implementing the catering lease contract in the clubhouse is also part of the Foundation’s field of work. The SFB manager manages the daily operations.

Vacancy Chairman for the board of the SV Kampong Facilities Company Foundation

As chairman of the Foundation, you and your fellow board members are responsible for managing the various processes of the Foundation. In addition to the chairman, the board consists of a treasurer and a board member with catering experience. You work closely with the Federation Board (the chairman, secretary and the other six board members of the SV Kampong) and maintain good contacts with the boards of the six sports clubs (Kampong Jeu de Boules, Squash, Cricket, Tennis, Football and Hockey).

The Board of the Foundation annually draws up a business plan for the real estate in line with the objectives of the Foundation by the format that the Foundation determines together with the Association. In any case, part of this business plan is the adoption and implementation of the policy. A policy cycle has been set up in which the Foundation, SV Kampong and the sports clubs are involved.

The Foundation is the employer of the SFB manager who also manages the accommodation team. You are appointed to the board of the Foundation by the AGM of SV Kampong, in which all six sports clubs of SV Kampong participate.

Job requirements Chairman of the Facility Services Foundation:

You have the ambition to take Kampong further, for example in the field of sustainability.
You are a team player and able to resolve complex issues successfully.
Preferably you are an experienced former Kampong director or someone with experience in another complex administrative context.
You have knowledge of and experience with tightly structured decision-making processes with a sense of proportion.
You have an overview, structure, and convince, and you have energy and decisiveness; you are results-oriented.
You have experience as a stimulating employer and manager of a team.
You have an empathetic, connecting personality and you communicate easily.
Experience in real estate management is an advantage.
Vacancy Treasurer on the board of the SV Kampong Facilities Company Foundation

As treasurer of the Kampong Facility Company Foundation, you are responsible for realizing the ‘Business Case’ (budget and settlement with an emphasis on maintenance and service costs (including gas, water, electricity and cleaning costs of the Foundation). You do this in close collaboration with your other board members of the SFB and with the treasurers of the six sports clubs. Collaboration with the SFB manager is the order of the day. You are appointed to the board of the Foundation by the AGM of SV Kampong in which all six sports clubs of Kampong participate.

You are a team player and able to resolve complex issues successfully.
You have the ambition to take Kampong further, for example in the field of sustainability.
Preferably you are an experienced former Kampong director or someone with experience in another complex administrative context.
You have knowledge of and experience with financial decision-making processes, systems (such as Exact), (real estate) contracts and financing documentation.
Realizing the policy cycle with a budget and a settlement is part of the task package.
You have an overview, structure, convince, and you have energy and decisiveness; you are results-oriented and work in accordance with the financial and contractual calendar of the Foundation and Association.
You have a sense of relationships within an organization and the associated interests
You do well in preparing reports, management reports and other policy documents.

More about the objectives of the Facility Services Foundation from the articles of association:

The Foundation is part of the SV Kampong (“the Association”) and aims to:

1. the acquisition, management, maintenance and operation, including rental, of indoor and outdoor accommodations and the clubhouse for the benefit of the Association and its members, including the communal part of the Kampong Sports Estate;

2. facilitating six Kampong sports clubs (Kampong Jeu de Boules, Squash, Cricket, Tennis, Football and Hockey) in the areas of, among others:

– provision of accommodation through rental;

– tax regulations;

– financial administration and sponsorship and other contracts;

– parking policy;

– safety and supervision of activities on site;

– cleaning and maintenance of Sportlandgoed Kampong.

3. promoting and maintaining the quality of the catering industry, including by concluding agreements with a tenant(s);

4. managing and facilitating the cash flow between the Foundation and the Association, as well as promoting the financial soundness of the ordinary members of the Association.
